REVIEW - I get a prompt answer that is specific to my question, not just a pre-formed "canned" response.

“While I have had VPS accounts at other hosts before, I’ve never been as impressed with price, quality, and support as I have with Knownhost.

Whenever I have a question about my account or about one of my customers I just send in a support ticket and I get a prompt answer that is specific to my question, not just a pre-formed “canned” response. That’s important to me.”
